Yes the day has arrived,two roots to be yanked out,they said they may have to cut the gum and stitch it up afterwards, lets hope they can just pull them out.

I LOVE my dentist. I broke a tooth the other day, had nasty jagged edges and a mega mouth ache. Went to the "house of pain" * and emerged an hour later, all better - and I can eat again. I LOVE my dentist.

*Should be renamed "house of relief of pain"

That is so good to hear!

I only go to the dentist for maintenance next week, but in about 2 weeks to the ortho. That one always hurts, but for a good cause.

Did they give you some sterile gauze pads?

Put them between your upper and lower teeth and bite down gently.

I think the bleeding is normal and just a part of the healing process.

Rinse with salt water, apply the gauze bandages like cher recommended.

So what do we have here? Looks like a bleeding tooth. So it can't be. Full body scan. Start him on every drug we have in stock.

Dr Pam wanders into medical records and has a few crabby interfaces with staff there. Knocks down a few fellow doctors and insults everyone in the waiting room)

(The patient at this stage always goes into cardiac arrest... and bells ring... Dr Pam limps back, looking like she's just eaten a few lemons and gazes, blearily at her medical team )

Get me a list of all recent TarPit victims. I need a heart.
