What is the correct way to post replies?
Do I click on "Quote" under the members post or "Post Reply" at the bottom.

Either click on Post Reply for a new comment or click on quote if you want to include a previous comment which your post refers to.

Misha, in this case, I hit the "Quote" button under your statement. I then automatically get this Reply box.
If you don't want to quote, just hit "Reply".
