FINALLY!!! I got Bullet's inmate number so we can write to him!! I sent it out in a mass email, so some of you have gotten it, those who have not, PM me, and I'll get it to you. I finally get to send all 6 of these letters I have sitting here!!!!

I've GOT IT!!!!!!!
While in quarantine, the ONLY thing he can receive is letters. He can get magazines that he has someone subscribe to for him, but all he wanted was Reader's Digest, and that's been taken care of.
Spot had a great idea: for those of you overseas that want to write to Matt, email me your letters, I will print them out and put them in the mail from here. They will get to him much quicker that way, if you prefer it.
