Foreign bodies!

Sooooo..... What is the freakiest thing you have found in your food? Mine was when I was cooking whitebait, and I found what looked like the head of a pirahna floating around in the oil!

I found half of a caterpillar once as I was part way through eating a salad.

I'll never know if there was only half of it served up on my plate or if I had eaten the other half!

This happened when I was a kid. I was eating some cereal right from the box. It had already been open, and was partly used. Anyway, I reached in, and felt something that definatly did not feel like cereal. I pulled it out, and it was a dead MOUSE!!!

I remember I just jumped up and startd shrieking at the top of my voice. My mom and brother both ran in..from different parts of the house, they thought I was hurt or something. Anyway, my brother started laughing, and my mom got all twisted up!!

Looking back, it was kind of funny...but still...I was only about 7 at the time!!

I always look at everything before I start eating it, I get picked on for my little habit but I just can't imagine biting into something without checking it out first!

Only strange things I've found in my food is a hair. Now my best friend got a coke with her meal at Taco Bell, finished drinking it and took off the lid to eat the ice and found a cricket.

Mouse pooh!

We had an infestation a number of years ago, and all our dry goods had to be tossed as there was mouse pooh in the flour, sugar, cereal etc. Filthy little things.

Ugghhhh these stories are gross!!! Thankfully I have as of yet, not had the mis-fortune of coming across anything bad in my food. I mean it's bad enough seeing parts of a dead rat, let alone eating any, hell I would go bonkers if that happened to me!!! :yh_sick
