I'm 22 and I live in Turkey. I like reading so much, it's a passion for me. I spend too much time surfing on internet.

I'm sorry about my English. I need to improve it esp. vocabulary. I hope this forum will help me at this point.

Welcome and post away I hope you enjoy your stay.

Welcome to FG, onsekiz!! You seem to have a better grasp of English than some of our American members, to tell you the truth! Glad you found us, and I hope you stick around a while and see what a great place this is!! :yh_peace

I do believe you're our first Turkish member!! Cool!

Welcome. Do not worry if your English is not good, we are pretty forgiving here, and understand that there are many people who use English as a second language!

I do have a story for you, though. When I was in college, we had an exchange student from Turkey. He taught some of us some Turkish words...and some of them were "naughty" words. :wah: I still remember them!

:) I've been here three days, but I send a warm welcome, too. Turkey is a fascinating country--with wonderful food and history and architecture! Please jump right in!

:D Hi again onsekiz, here's the most important thing you can teach me in Turkish - What's Turkish for CHOCOLATE?

That would be a most necessary word for me to know if I ever visit Turkey!:wah:
