I'm not sure.. but I don't think "white chocolate" is really chocolate.

How can you not call white chocolate real chocolate. It's the most yummiest kind of chocolate around.

Technically speaking, the purists say that white chocolate is indeed *not* chocolate.

But Chocoholic and I just LOVE white chocolate -- it's our favorite :-4

However, you can leave the fruit out of mine -- I'll take mine unadorned and creamy:)

Hahaha oh can you imagine if Willy's Wonka's chocolate factory was real! And even better if they had a whole room made up of yummy white chocolate. That would be heaven!! :-4

RaymondWhite chocolate is based on cocoa butter but without the cocoa solids, so it is chocolate.

It is based on coco butter, but no coco powder so technically.. it's not chocolate.

That's what Alton Brown said.. and he's like a whacked out food scientist!! :yh_glasse

But if you want to enjoy it as chocolate.. then enjoy it as chocolate. makes no difference to me. :yh_party
