Well, after hearing only good things about this place from a couple of people I decided to check it out. You guys look like a cool bunch! :D

Anyways, about me... I'm 25, live in Guatemala City. I work in a VoIP company and study Environmental Chemical Engineering.

I like Alternative Music, Horror movies and suspense books, sports(I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie), thrill rides, hanging out with my friends, the ocassional party :yh_party (alcoholic beverage included lol) oh and full moons :sneaky:

I'm looking forward to "reading" all of you and anything else you want to know, ask away!

NS...:yh_ttth you know you want me here, how else am I gonna keep you in line?!

Funny you should say that. Yep, there's pretty much always an eruption going on here. I'm planning a trip to an active volcano next weekend as a matter of fact. It's pretty cool actually, the activity opened up the crater so you can actually walk right next to lava rivers. Ohhh, it's gonna be my first night climb too. We're going up late in the afternoon, camping at the top and coming down early in the morning. I can't wait!!! :D

At the moment rain, rain and did I mention RAIN? It's pretty much non stop now, we had one hell of a storm today.

Still kinda boring(to me), filled with all these great tourist places with amazing views(Panajachel, Antigua).

Other than that, same old. People are going nuts over the World Cup. That's pretty much it.

Ohhh and BTW, thanks for the compliments(forgot to mention it before) :yh_blush

Hey, Jagged, welcome to FG!! You sound like my kinda person, what with the adrenaline junkie thing. Me, gimme my motorcycle and some serious twisties and I'm a happy camper.

Hope you find FG as much fun as the rest of us do! :yh_peace

Welcome Jag!! And thanks for the kind comments about aussie footie endeavours. Grin. The volcano visit sounds awesome. It jogged a Forum Garden race memory.. Were'nt we about to sacrifice a virgin or two to Admin here by chucking them into a volcano? We musta got sidetracked? Why does Nomad come to mind?? Perhaps you could take the whole crew with you and we could um take care of business.... The moon is almost full !! :sneaky:

:) Hi Jag...good to see you here. Was it the smell of NS that helped you find this place? Oh, and watch out for that 'secret handshake' Nomad mentioned. He tends to be such a funny boy. :D

I have a friend who's a vulcanologist. He actually traipses through Papua New Guinea jungles to poke around in live volcanoes. He'd probably be right at home in FG.... deeeeeep thought ...............

(But then we have Nomad... mmmm.. not sure if we could cope with more like that... mmmmm... of course Nomie is more at home traipsing through gardens poking around in live brains.. but still)

Secret handshake???? Where where???

Welcome :)

I have to say, I could learn much from you about being adventurous, although walking along a lake of lava seems a bit too much to start:o

Horror movies. You liked The Exorcist, what bout The Exorcism of Emily Rose?

Sorry for taking this long to reply, I´m only just now seeing this...

The exorcism of Emily Rose was ok, good movie. IMO 2 of the best horror movies in the last couple of years have been Saw and Saw II though. I´m dying to see "An American Haunting" right now.

I think the Exorcist shocked me more though because I was too young to watch it(or so my family said) so I went and rented it and saw it without them knowing about it. BOY were they right!!! :yh_nailbi I had nightmares for like a week.
