Boy!!!! Am I pooped.

Don't know if this is the right place for this...so if it's not feel free to move it wherever it belongs.

Found out about a week ago that my 12 year old grandson has never been to 6 flags. As I live about 30 minutes from the one in St Louis, MO I got the honor of taking him for the first time yesterday. Those of you who are familiar with 6 flags know about the water rides. I think I'm still drenched. Tony fell in love with the Screaming Eagle (roller coaster) and the lines were short yesterday afternoon and I think he rode it about 40 times in a row. We got there about 10:30 am and didn't leave till 8:30 pm.

When his dad (my son) was about his age I took him to 6 flags and we spent a whole day having a grand time. I was a bit nostalgic taking my grandson for his first time too. Can't wait till we can do it again.

Grumpaz, how *nice* that you were able to give your grandson his very first experience there. You've created a memory for him that will last a lifetime :-6

I love six flags.I have been to a couple. I can wait till my daughter has a child so I can share the same experience with him or her.I keep hinting around but she just smiles at me.:)

Glad you had a good time. We have a Six Flags near us..but I have never been.

I took my step granddaughter to a children's toy museum a couple of years back, and she had a great time.

Grumpaz, Aren't time like this so special when you have as much fun as your grandson. We did Disneyland this year with my 8 year old granddaughter it was so much fun. I'm going to make a point to do 6 flags when the weather in cooler here what fun you must have had.:D
