Oh woppy may I suggest a trip to the local beauty parlor, put those thumbs on the nice little comfy counter and ask the ladies there if they would mind gluing on a pair for you

This may help. But when all else fails, go to the screen where you are composing messages, scroll down under the message text box to "Manage attachments" . Take it from there.
