Ketchup, mustard, pickle relish.

They line the shelves in our refrigerators, why do we like these additives to our food stuffs?

What kind of condiments do you like, and why?

Oh, that sounds interesting.

Here they use Old Bay Seasoning on the seafood, crabs, shrimp, everything!

But the students at school prefer Old Bay on their fries, then ketchup or other condiments! They even have it on the potato chips!

It is quite good too, I have a big can up in the cupboard.

chow chow is a must have in our house. It's really good on black eyed peas or with red beans. :-6

I have a large array of spices, sauces, chutney's etc , they enhance the flavour of the food you're eating, (in most cases).

Mustard has to be a favourite, I often eat it off the spoon, straight from the jar, :D

 Wow, mustard off the spoon!

Well, if your are eating hot dogs, you have to put something good on them, they can't just there all alone in their little bun!

I always have Frank's Hot Sauce within arm's reach. Tobasco's just too much heat & not enough flavor for me.

I also like to put Wasabi with a lot of stuff. Clears the sinuses.

My son always brings me this amazing seasoning back from Norway called Kridder Blanding. The words to describe it adequately don't exist. Mmmmmmmmm

With so many people cutting down on, or completly eliminating salt from thier diets, you see more and more different seasonings out there. If I have a burger or hot dog, I usually just put ketchup or relish on.

McCormack makes something called Salad Seasoning....which adds a nice flavor to green salads, or to hot or cold pasta. I like eating pasta, but do not care for sauce very oftn, so I usually will put a little butter and some of this seasoning on it.

I also buy Rotisserie seasoning for chicken.
