I am glad the mirror was a good experience for you, Buttercup! You are a doll, you should be happy with what you see!

At my age age, I'm lucky to see anything clearly in the morning at all...........:wah:

You are doing great, Day 15!

Buttercup, sorry I missed checking with you yesterday, my (elderly) Mum wasn't well and I needed to be with her all day so didn't get much chance to check out FG.

Sorry to hear you're having a stressful time at work, hope today is better.

Glad to hear that you are still sounding so upbeat and positive.

Keep it up.

day 18

still working away with the plan, still enjoying it although i did fall asleep listening to the c.d yesterday, wont be around for a bit as you'll see in this thread

http://www.forumgarden.com/forums/showt ... post346982

im a bit concerned about excersize during this time so andy says he'll pick up the car before i finish so i walk home, this seems to be the best solution as you know what its like - you finish your shift, get home, cook & eat dinner then you just want to chill out

will pop into the garden when i can but to be honest with double the clients i usually have its unlikely i'll have much time for socialising

take care everyone & choco, cher & chonsi thank you soooooooo much for always being here for me :-4

I've lost nearly a stone and no one noticed except the waistband on the trousers in Tesco

thats brilliant boo, maybe you wear clothes that disguised your figure & thats why no-one has noticed, congratulations, losing a stone is a big achievement

its seven bags of sugar

the most bizarre thing happened to me today, i know ive lost weight & people have noticed, however i tried on a pair of trousers (pants) today & im still the same size, whats that all about?

It just could be the pant, Buttercup. Some are just smaller sizes, wait until the end of the 90 days, you will have a much smaller size to wear!

Couldn't agree more Buttercup, I never buy the same size in different shops they are all different. You have obviously lost weight because people have noticed a change in you, so just keep doing what you have been doing because it's working!:D

If people are noticing, I'd believe them rather than the pants :p

Keep up the great work :-6

Hi Gang!

To those who are interested, I just spoke with Buttercup (Liz) and she has lost 22 pounds with three weeks left on the plan! She said that yoga has helped her along the way.

22 pounds!!

What do you think to P. McKenna?

I have watched him treat people on T.V. with life crippling phobias and it was wonderful T.V. ( the doctor who hadn't been able to go near a syringe for years and the woman who remembered vile insults from a family member as she was growing up.) I know his technique gets abbrieviated when they show sessions on T.V. I wonder; is he a kind hearted gent. wanting to see people set free, or do we just not get to hear any more from the " failures"?

im hopeful that by also documenting it here on the internet i'll have to stick to it or you lot will be having a go at me :p

Funny thing is, is if the plan doesn't work, you'll still be beautiful.
