Whats better Sex, Money, or Power?

I could have asked whats better love, freedom, or truth, but the other title is snappier. Personally I will pick money as its easier to carry around. Power is good too, but its so damn tiring and then there is all that corruption of the soul that it brings, and you have to listen to all them people banging on about things all the time, and executing people involves so much paperwork nowadays that it hardly seems worth the effort. Sex is also very nice as well, but its a meaningless experience without love, though (as woodly allen said) as meaningless experiences go, its one of the best. Some people think that sex is power, or is that its a weapon (which is also power I suppose), though if thats true then shouldn't we need a lisence or something in order to do it? Some people also think that power is the ultimate aphrodisiac, but then its also been said that all power comes out of the barrel of a gun, and I genrally find that when women point guns at me I am generally nervous, and not very turned on at all so I don't see how that works.

Perhaps their is a way of working this all out like an equation, but we will need to include love, freedom, and truth as well as sex money and power I think. Also we will need to use hate, war, and death. So using this approach we could surmise that.

Love = Truth plus freedom minus hate.

Sex = Love, minus truth, plus money.

Hate = Love minus money

War = power multiplied by hate (now substituting love minus money for hate we get)

War = Power, multiplied by love, minus money (and we already know that love = truth plus freedom) therefore:

War = Power (times truth plus freedom) minus money/ which we can manipulate

And we all know that War = Death so

Death = war = power minus money, divided by truth minus freedom

It all gets complicated after a while, but in general I have been able to come to the following conclusions.

Everything is much more complicated than I realized.

OK, have had all three, at one time or another. Can live without the first, prefer just enough of the second to keep food on the table and bills paid, and enough of the third to keep the computer running.

Anything else is overrated.

Thats good, though I think all 3 at the same time must be hard to beat, I wouldn't think truth or love are over-rated though, just generally hard to maintain (particularly if you are getting all three of the first lot at one time).

Money and Power require too much responsibility.. Sex.. well, everyone has sex, it's not that big of deal to me...

I think time is the most important thing.

Alright everyone, now of course the important things in life are love and truth and all that, but I was asking this question in a more comedic sense, as I tend to see life as a farce ending in a brief trajedy, (with a long time waiting in the hereafter for the universe to end so we can start again) but with various comic interludes (such as my recent "alleged" 80 days spent in a hot air balloon). Now love is certainly a many splendored thing, but then again so is war, after all you even get medals for that, perhaps if we gave people decorations for acts of extreme love in the face of the enemy we would have a more pleasant world within which to live, but then again we could well lose many wars and also people interpretations of what extreme love might be could be more disturbing than just shooting people in the first place. Dear oh dear, I seem to be getting into strange territory with all of this, perhaps I should stick to giving advice about dealing with dane-o-phobia and mild skin ailments. Anyway, carry on.

Dear Aussie Pam, thats great, I don't know if I love you, but at least I know you have a sense of humour which you will need certainly should our love blossom, but marraige is out for the time being as the government say I'm not allowed to do that for humanitarian reasons. Now, where can we get our hands on some easy money and a big shopping trolley full of power (which we will need if anyone tries to take the easy money away). Obviously the sex can take care of itself. However, upon finding that I do not already have a large bag of each of the aforementioned already, (well maybe the sex, but lets not get into that now), this may somewhat temper your undying love for me, oh well, fate can be fickle, its true.

Pinky, I like the witch thing you've got there BTW, you could do worse than nomad, though he does have strange interludes from time to time, but they are entertaining and he certainly has got personality, and that goes a long way. I can also reasure you that he is now almost completely sane after undergoing intensive therapy sessions at my clininc, and any propensity he may have for driving in the desert at night in a thunderstorm with the headlights off is just residual and not to be worried about.

A'Pam....you've made me think for awhile with that one.

Do you think women would use great wealth to get sex and power in the same way men would? (I'm thinking of women like Jackie Onassis and Athena Onassis and Gloria Vanderbilt, etc.....women with money and no need to earn more.)

Do they run through it, spending overtly on men and business?

Or are we more likely to believe men are interested in our minds?

Of course you would...you have sensitivity.

But what about men who're just concerned with power? They're buying bodies...just as men buy prostitutes...and that adds to their feelings of power and satisfaction.

I don't think a wealthy woman would behave this way.....
