Bearing in mind that I'm NOT pissed up, ****ed up, deranged, sick, deformed,
a junkie or an alchoholic, black, a victim of child molestation, religion or
PC/'green' hysteria could I be allowed to write a novel?

I would think that anyone could write a novel...though not necessarily a good one. Be forewarned that if you plan on posting it here some members do not like long posts.

I have an idea in mind.
A poor, molested British child overcomes his problems through being
born intelligent, though black and HIV-positive.
He dabbles in drugs and drink when he's young but becomes, because
of his austere beauty, a male model and porn star.
One day, while making a porn film, a British MP who just happens to be
passing through the studio glances at the boy and immediately recognises
prime-ministerial potential in him.
He immediately takes him 'under his wing'.
Ten years later the boy is crowned Prime Minister of England and scores the
winning goal in the 20** FA Cup Final and marries the Queen of England.
He dies two years later but not before fathering three score of bastards.
