Sex legislation?

How much right does the government, state or otherwise, have to regulate sex acts between consenting adults? You might be surprised.

Well dang, I can be doing something legal in my husband's god's eyes and illegal in my state's. Cool.

Really, how dare the state legislate over private sexual encounters between adults!

We booted out the puritans a long time ago, many went to the colonies where they seem to be on the verge of a massive comeback. Have fun
