Theres a rumor going around that you might be withdrawing permission to post your copyrighted stories at FG !

the terms of service are pretty clear on this. he may hold copyright, but he agreed to and granted a "world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license [...] to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Service ".

he can ask to have the posts removed. of course, any quoted or reposted copies of his stories, placed on the service by other users before his account is terminated, retain that world-wide royalty free license.

Is there some reason why anastrophe, having Mr. Ives full name and rank as his user title, is funny? Imitation being the best form of flattery, are we to assume he wishes to be Mr. Ives? He was using spot's avatar for a few days, I could understand his wishing to imitate spot, but now he is a buxom dominatrix. Excluding an identity crisis, can it be assumed that anastrophe is blantantly reviving Mr Ives on the public boards as a taunt and a flagrant disregard of the recent warnings from admin?

I for one, can hear the remnant echoes of the favourite chant of late; "boil that dust speck, boil that dust speck". And anastrophe playing the part of the sour kangaroo.

Let's hope Jives asked to have all removed. Think of it as he did us a favor. We no longer have him to bash about so we can all settle down and get back to being a nice friendly forum. We have loads of newbies and loads of good friends here lets make that a focus instead of the negativity of past members.
