that can happen if your browser is blocking cookies, or a third party program - maybe an anti-spyware program - has misidentified ForumGarden's cookie as being a 'naughty cookie'.

what browser are you using? are you using any anti-spyware software - and if so, what is it?

okay - go to "internet options", then select the "privacy" tab. click on the "sites" button, then scroll through the list of sites, and look for 'forumgarden'. if it's listed as 'blocked', select it, and click the 'remove' button. if it's not listed, then chances are that norton is blocking it. i don't use norton - and i generally recommend not using symantec/norton - it generally causes more problems than it solves.

no - don't type it in. in the lower window on that page there should be a list of site. it may be a short list or maybe long. either way, just scroll through the list and look for 'forumgarden' (including of course, www.forumgarden.com, or just forumgarden.com). if it's listed there, then you need to select it and remove it. if it's not listed, you can add it in the box above the list, but chances are if it's not listed, it's probably being blocked by norton.

don't give up! there's a solution - i just don't have it. but maybe the cavalry can ride in and help further. this has happened to a handful of other folks, and it *is* fixable.

I'm bumping this so that maybe some computer-savvy members can help Portia resolve this problem.

Good luck Portia :-6

Clear your Cookies then try it. Adaware or Norton could be the problem as well it has put Forumgarden on its list of not so good sites check there as well. :p

If you give me and email address I can send you screen shot of step by step how to do this.. ;) I can't copy screen shot in here so email is the only option.
