It's warm like late Spring here. The world just ended and I feel fine. It started up again moments later. I liked to skate but didn't like the cold. Give me a shooter of cherry brandy.

Hey Paula, I know exactally what you mean being in the New England Cold!
That's why my wife & I temporarily moved to Florida for 3 months, 10 days after I retired. (I know you're not retired yet, but your day will come. It just does!)
Anyway, not to rub it in, but - - - - - yesterday we took my Grandson to the "BEACH" at around 4:30 in the afternoon, it was the perfect time. Around 78 degrees, a slight breeze, & not too crowded. We stayed till dinner time, then had dinner at a restaurant there overlooking the Beach! Guess I'm starting to get used to this "retirement thing"! :-6
(However, will still need to cope with things when we go back to CT in mid May. It's really a different world here in FL!
We have a going on 11 Granddaughter in CT that we miss terribly)
