A harmless grasshopper changes to a voracious Locust when their population gets to high and concentrated. It happens simply by them bumping and rubbing together and they transform into Vegetation eating monsters and plagues are created. The can become so bad that many car accidents happen during a plague as they roads are thick with these nasty bugs.

Pink Trivia

Color Pink

Pink symbolizes: love, beauty

Pink is the color of universal love. Pink is a quiet color. Lovers of beauty favor pink. A pink carnation means "I will never forget you".

Pink Energy

Pink is a combination of red and white. The quality of energy in pink is determined by how much red is present. White is the potential for fullness, while red helps you to achieve that potential. Pink combines these energies. Shades of deep pink, such as magenta, are effective in neutralizing disorder and violence. Some prisons use limited deep pink tones to diffuse aggressive behaviour.

Pink provides feelings of caring, tenderness, self-worth and love, acceptance.

Put some pink in your life when you want:

calm feelings

to neutralize disorder

relaxation

acceptance, contentment

Pink gem stone properties

Pink gemstones can be used to promote love, self-worth, order and protection from violence or aggression. Carry or place pink gemstones around your home or office to stimulate love and beauty.

Hippo facts:

With its eyes, ears, and nostrils on the top of the head and nose, the hippo can hear, see, and breathe while most of its body is underwater. Surprisingly, however, hippos cannot swim! Their bodies are far too dense to even float, so they move around by pushing off from the riverbed or simply walking along the bottom in a slow-motion gallop, lightly touching the bottom with their toes like aquatic ballet dancers.

Money notes are not made from paper, they are made mostly from a special blend of cotton and linen. In 1932, when a shortage of cash occurred in Tenino, Washington, USA, notes were made out of wood for a brief period.

I don't refer to myself as a Daytonian though, I'm sorry to say.

Legend has it, that in the 6th century, scraps of bread was rolled into a portrait that resembles hands folded in prayer and baked to be given to children attending church. We call them pretzels.

(You may know it already, but it was the first thing that popped in my head)

So now you're officially a genius! -- Have fun with it.

Shortest Play In World Drama

Samuel Beckett (1906-1989), author of the most influential play in post-war drama, Waiting For Godot (1953), also wrote the shortest play in world drama - the 30-second Breath. He wrote the play in early 1969, as part of the theatrical revue Oh, Calcutta!, but he eventually withdrew the work from the production when it was altered without his permission.
