I don't know if this is it or not, or if it's even possible on your system. On my computer here at work I went into Display and clicked the Settings tab. At the bottom I clicked the Advanced button. As part of my ATI tabs (ATI being the videocard manufacturer) I have a Rotation tab. I tried to rotate my screen but it wouldn't work with my current settings. Could he have rotated the screen and altered the screen settings?

Sorry Jimbo, but Casey isn't my real name. Yet.

If the problem isn't that screen rotation thing, let me know. I work for a software company. There are many heads we can put together here. Incidentally, does the mouse work weird too or is it just the screen?

I'm glad you got things working again Jim. System Restore can work wonders if not too much time has changed since the last "save".

No problem about the Casey thing. Whether it's my real name or not that's still pretty wild.

Hmm. Maybe your stepson needs a limited account so he can't change too much. Then again, as a boy Walt Disney drew pictures in tar on the family house and look where it got him.
