That's a poor excuse. You have to have some fun sometimes...

You don't need to worry about us, we've all talked to each other for ages!

It has been said, not without justification, that during the week I'll go miles to attend the opening of a crisp packet.

At the weekend I go home to catch up with my family - they wouldn't come so I won't go.

Much as I feel it's my loss as I'd really love to meet all of you.

I do believe I'll be a resident of England by November. Though paperwork is not something that moves quickly through government offices.

snow? someone lied to me! I've been told you don't have snow in England. Just rain.

I haven't announced it. It's so annoying to tell people I'm going somewhere then it doesn't happen for another half year. So I've not mentioned it until now. I should be on a plane in the next 4 weeks. Fingers crossed. If it takes much longer then my stuff will arrive and be "me-less".

My grandmother was born in England and I've wanted to reestablish my citizenship rights there for a long time. I'm the only one of my generation who is maintaining the connection. After us, our children are N America bound.

Everyone takes 4-6 weeks and requires documentation from some other department first. If anything is missing...4 to 6 months. Argh!
