Give your back a rest

*Rest like this for a few minutes every day, feel your back muscles relax and the difference in your energy levels. :D

Give your back a rest

I know they do this exercise in Chi Kung! it's a part of iron shirt training!..........there is a very small curvature at the base of the spine, it's this area that they do the muscle strengthening exercises with! it also stretche's the spine, people have a lot of back problems in this particular area, so I think it's worth strengthening this area doing these exercises or other similar exercises,

but these guy's really push that part of the spine down into the floor and maintain it for a few minute's, having a good posture does help as well!

I think Jacko could do with a sesh alright :wah:
