Organ sales in China are high. China executes more prisoners than the rest of the world put together, so there are plenty of organs available.

Hey Kram

I wanted to donate all my organs and they said it was only in rare circumstances that organs are good for donation....like on life support. So I decided, actually had decided before for me whole body to go to science and they can slice me up to their hearts content.
