People Suck

I was on my way to the baby doctor today when I see this dog in the middle of the road pulling his ass end across the street. I pull over and so do two huge dump trucks and block the lane for him. He is bleeding from the mouth, has a broken tooth, but the poor little thing is still wagging his tail. Im so upset that soome idiot just ran into that dog and went on their merry way. I hope they get burned by a piping hot cup of coffee today at work. WTF??? I called 911 (who cares, its a dog, right? WELL ME I CARE) and they sent Animal Control. He probably got euthanized anyway, but just keep driving people. One day your kid gets hit and somebody keeps on driving. I bet you'll think its a beautiful thing then!

It's so upsetting to see things like that, isn't it? :-1 And the poor doggie was *still* wagging its tail. There is a lesson in there somewhere.

You gotta believe in karma when you see things like that. What goes around WILL come around . . .

I'd also like to know where the owners were during this situation. No leash? They should have charges brought up against them for animal abuse.

Very sad. had something similar happen to me. I witnessed a dog being hit by a car. I was driving in the opposite direction, on a busy road. But by the time I was able to turn around and go back, the dog and cars were gone. Hopefully the dog was taken right to the vet.

Dog still wagging his tail does really hit home. We could all probably learn from the attitudes of animals. Almost made me want to cry.

I called Animal Control to see what happened. The guy said "unfortunatley they had to euthanize him" and that "the vet said it was the bets thing to do".

So Im still kind of depressed and sad. He was so cute.

Thats what I thought but wasnt sure. Im still depressed. I mean, I have 2 dogs. And for someone in my current predicament, they ARE human to me. They are my babies. I swear if someone had hit them and took off, I would have found them and lit them on fire.

14 hours later and IM still sobbing. I was laughed at today for calling 911. You;re damn right I did, These fat lazy people around here arent doing anything and it only tales a digit to transfer me. Snooze, I probably would have lost control of my car and then just curled up into a fetal position and cried. How awful.

It's people like you, DG, that give me faith. Sometimes I feel as though I am surrounded by people who have no thought or care for our animal friends, or our communities, or anything that makes life worthwhile. But I know that more people do care and the ignorant insensitive morons are in the minority. Well, I have to think that to stop myself from going out and killing the bastards.

I bet CC is up there holding that little pup I watched suffer right now and that makes me feel better.

I know, she knows who did it and I hope she decides to come back an HAUNT them a little bit...like making them stub thier toe like twenty times a day. Or worse, slam their penis in the car door like twenty times a day...

I hope the wastes of sperm and egg who hit that dog (and that poor unfortunate cat!) die a slow agonizing death. At the least. I have no problem wishing harm upon evil cretins who hurt animals.
