Only shredded beef, from a roast that cooks 6-8 hours during the day. You don't need much for seasonings, just lay on the salsa if that is the way you like it. Corn tortillas fried up by hand, oh I am hungry today.

(Close your ears, guppy.....) A properly made fish taco is one of the best things on earth! It needs perfectly fried fish, shredded cabbage, mayo/sour cream dressing made half & half, a squeeze of lime and a dab of salsa. You enclose this in corn totillas and enjoy a cerveza with it. AHHHHHHHH
