Hot Cold.

Post by Bill Sikes »

I'm sitting here eating a bagged curry, with extra "curry mixture", and drinking

imported cider. When the wind blows hard and there are draughts, I get a

curious feeling on my face, as of a summer breeze on a hot and perspiring face.

However, it's flippin' cold here! I wish I was at home!

Where are you ? Where's home ?

What kind of cider?

I can't do cold - my body won't let me do cold. Bundle up.

Not far away. Not sure of the origins of the cider, brand-labelled. No hangover

this morning. Toothbrush stained a horrible colour by curry residue (I hope!).

Well, the cider mills in my area just make the sweet cider, not the harder stuff. At least not that I have ever seen. I am not sure about other areas, but there was a big to do a few years back when the FDA, or whoever regulates this, required all mills to pasteurize thier cider. Alot of the mills claimed it would cost them more, and some consumers said it changed the taste of it.

One area mill did end up closing due to this.

My dad used to make the hard cider, though. Almost every year.
