This is my second post...wow!:wah: I'm hoping this is a nice forum, I've read a few posts, curious about who BR is and why we're praying for her and "Bullet", and will add mine to yours...all my info is really on my profile, just wanted to say hello to all.

Welcome Insomniac!! Hope you enjoy the Garden! I'm in Florida too - Central Florida. What part are you in?:-6

Hello Insomniac :)

I spend some time in the southeast of Florida -- near Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach. Are you anywhere near there?

Buster and I give you a very warm welcome to the Garden -- I hope you love it here :-6

Wow, lots of FL folks here! I am in Sunrise...which is really a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale. You'all should get in touch when you come down here!

It's much prettier up in central Florida, but I'm firmly entrenched here now, family and such. Grew up in St. Louis, Mo. and central FL at least has some HILLS and TREES that aren't of the palm variety! And hardly any stucco...gimme BRICKS!!! Ok...I'm ok now.

Beagle, Wendy, CherAndBuster,Chonsi...Thanks for the nice welcome!

I know where Sunrise is, but never had the pleasure to visit there. I know what you mean by being "firmly entrenched" somewhere; I was born and raised in Central Florida. Only lived a VERY brief period in Kansas, but then returned back"home."

Hope you enjoy your stay Insomniac - look me up anytime! I look forward to posting with you! :)

Welcome to the garden Inso!:) Enjoy yourself in here!

Sunrise, isn't that where they have a Flea Market (can't remember the name) with a Circus inside?

Hello, and welcome.

To answer your questions...BR is one of our members, screen name Baby Rider. She is now recovering from a serious motorcycle accident she was in a couple of months back. She was hit by another driver. She is finally home and working on her recovery.

Bullet is her husband, Matt.

Inso :)

Please call me Cher -- all my friends do :)

I stay in Delray Beach, which is a little more north than you are. I love Florida; if I could wake up to a palm tree outside my window every day, I'd be a happy camper :D

Cars, you're right about the flea market with the circus inside. It's been years since I've been there, now that you mention it, because it's gotten so crowded. (However, when out of town company comes I guess I'll have to go!)

Hi Lulu, Rapunzel, Marie...I know about losing sleep...just gotta do ONE more thing, one more email and then I'll go to sleep, honest. Yawn.

Come on down and warm up!
