Thought for the day 3/14

Post by Bullet »

Freedom is not merely the opportunity to do as one pleases; neither is it merely the opportunity to choose between set alternatives. Freedom is, first of all, the chance to formulate the available choices, to argue over them, and then, the opportunity to choose.
Death is more universal than life. For although everyone dies, not everyone truly lives.

I make choices all the time to exercise my freedom and hardly, if ever, argue about it.

Freedom's choices are not "FREE", there is a heavy price many paid for it, and many are still paying for it today! :guitarist

Cars :driving:Good point. And the cost of freedom is high.
