The only class I've ever flunked was sewing. :o And I still am completely lost if you open a pattern for a shirt and ask me to try to make one.

Oh, I got caught once when in high school. All of us girls piled in my '64 Chevy Nova, and we took off for Hollywood and Universal Studios. My younger sister kept saying, "This isn't the way to school!" Like duh, no way!

But I forgot to tell my friend at school, who called home. She asked my mother if I was sick, and mom said, "No she isn't, but she will be when she gets home."

Irish, I did it for about 10 years at school and I'm still useless at it. Oh well.

Chemistry! They have these things called gas laws. :-5 :-5 :-5 And elements. And you were supposed to memorize them. I don't THINK so!

Math was my downfall. I never got Algebra. It took two tries and LOTS of tutoring for me to barely pass the class.

Most of the time when I was playing "Hookie" I was either at the beach surfing, or drinking with my other friends who played "Hookie". Wild yes that was me totally out of control my first year in High School. Got my 50 Chevy and life on the run began daily.

Showed up at school long enough to get good grades believe it or not, then took off to the Beach for Sex, Drugs, Rockin Roll, and surfing up and down the California Coast, boy those were the days....:-6 :-6 I don't have one ounce of regret loved ever minute of it..

Oh, the beach was a great place to ditch to. For under a buck, you got 4 gallons of gas, and a trip back and forth to the beach.:-6

I hated Geometry!

I was good in other mathematical courses; I took Advanced Calculus in high school, but I just *couldn't* grasp those damn theorems :-5

Mine was math - hated it. I took Algebra and Geometry, but didn't get any further than that. My best friend in school, though, went way beyond that and took Algebra II, Calculus and Trigonometry (sp?).

My best subject was English and any of my business-related classes, such as typing, speed writing, accounting (even though that involved math.....LOL)
