Dreams
Do you have romantic dreams about a certain someone that you have got to know even if you already have a partner and it's not them that you are dreaming about? :sneaky:

Dreams
It's not just me then
I'm not brave enough to divulge yet!

Dreams
I think the sunconsious lets us do things in our dreams that we would not do in real life, .
Dreams
No!

There's a massive difference between our dreams and fantasies and what we would do in real life.
If half my dreams started to come true I'd run a country mile :wah:

Not sure I would want any of my dreams to come true. My waking life is real enough for me. Do not need the extra stress.

Fantisies are things you dream might happen but know, in your heart of hearts will not.
If it is what you would like to happen but cannot bring youself to instigate then it remains in the realms of fantasy.
Dreams are aspirations you believe that you can realise and will work towards.
Sanity is knowing the difference between them
Everyone knows that I've been mad for years - mad I tell you MAD! They're coming to take me away ha ha, ho ho, to the funny farm where everyone is happy all the time :wah:

Don't dream about Freud.....................

Dreams
Don't Dream It's Over (Neil Finn)
LYRICS
There is freedom within, there is freedom without
Try to catch the deluge in a paper cup
There's a battle ahead, many battles are lost
But you'll never see the end of the road
While you're traveling with me
Hey now, hey now
Don't dream it's over
Hey now, hey now
When the world comes in
They come, they come
To build a wall between us
We know they won't win
Now I'm towing my car, there's a hole in the roof
My possessions are causing me suspicion but there's no proof
In the paper today tales of war and of waste
But you turn right over to the T.V. page
Now I'm walking again to the beat of a drum
And I'm counting the steps to the door of your heart
Only shadows ahead barely clearing the roof
Get to know the feeling of liberation and relief
Hey now, hey now
Don't dream it's over
Hey now, hey now
When the world comes in
They come, they come
To build a wall between us
Don't ever let them win
From the album Crowded House
Single release date: December 1986

Dreams
I hardly ever have sexual dreams any more, unless having dreams about apple-tart powered cars, javelin throwing foxes, and exploding pound coins count? It sucks, like the song says "any dream will do" as far as I'm concerned, though I do remember I once had a sex dream about the girl keyboard player from the band "New Order" I remember waking up thinking, what the hell was that about? You'd think that your subconcious would allow you to have a dream about a really attractive woman, but mine, oh no, when I do have the occasional one its always the flipping anchorwoman from newsnight, Lois from family guy, or some random woman from an 1980's new wave band, maybe its a sign of maturity or just my weird subconcious.
"We are never so happy, never so unhappy, as we imagine"
Le Rochefoucauld.
"A smack in the face settles all arguments, then you can move on kid."
My dad 1986.

I don't quite know what to say to that Galbally :wah: I'm sure there's hidden meaning in there somewhere but quite what that is I don't know; might be worth looking up the meaning of your dreams on one of those online dream interpretation sites

Fox
To see a fox lurking about in your dream, represents cleverness and resourcefulness. You need to use your insight and intellect to solve some problem. Perhaps you need to conceal your thoughts and/or remain silent. Alternatively, it indicates a period of isolation or loneliness. It is a good way for you to use this time to reflect.
Money
To see or win money in your dream, symbolizes that success and prosperity is within your reach. Money may represent confidence, self-worth, success, or values. You have much belief in yourself. Alternatively, dreaming about money, refers to your attitudes about love and matters of the heart. It is frequently a symbol for sexuality and power. In particular, finding money indicates your quest for love or for power.
To dream that you lose money, signifies temporary unhappiness in the home and a few setbacks in your affairs. You may be feeling weak, vulnerable, and out of control in your waking life. Additionally, you may be lacking ambition, power and self-esteem.
Apples
To see apples growing in a tree in your dream, symbolizes wisdom and great prosperity. Well-earned rewards will be promising in your future. Consider also the common phrase, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" which may imply that you need to take better care of your health.
To dream that you are eating an apple, denotes harmony, pleasure, and fertility. In a biblical sense, eating an apple symbolizes your sexual appetite, lustful desires, and sexual awareness as associated with the apple in the Garden of Eden. (Did you eat the apple-tart powered car in your dream?)
To see green apples, represents developing love or love that has yet to blossom.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Maybe there is more to your dream after all!
