BR having login problem

Post by lady cop »

I've been emailing with her for about 2 hours...she says she can't post or login, that the site is telling her that her password is incorrect. so she used the software, asked for a new password 3 times, and none of them work. what's really weird is that her profile said she logged in at 2:12 and her name is showing on the home page!

LC Have her clear everything out like I had you do and then try to log on. She may be logged on just stuck. Also have her restart her machine.

Does your screen lock up after reading a PM in a seperate window? Mine always did so now I hit "cancel" when or "no" (I forget which) and then click on Private Messages to read it in the same window. Hope this makes sense. It works for me.

Tell BR that most log in problems are because of user spyware, security settings, updates, cookies, etc.

tell her to clean out her temp files in the Internet Explorer Browser, it may have cached an incorrect password..
