US Software giant Microsoft has accepted the EU's offer to call the European version of Windows sold without the Media Player "Windows XP Home Edition 'N' with "N' standing for ''not with media player''.

Microsoft doesn't compete by offering better products any more it does so by trying to prevent rivals getting a chance. Market forces should allow competition not impede them.

At least the eec are consistent, our cars are a lot cheaper thinks to them smacking down the car manufacturers.
