Chess programs for children.

Post by polycarp »

Hello Kaeans, that's good to know. In fact, the world is only too slow in recognising he advantages of chess in developing children's cognitive abilities. But with inspiring news like the efforts of Armand Russo, I guess we've reached the dawn of a children chess revolution. Great Chess players like legendary Jose Capablanca leanned Chess at the age of 4, while others like Kasparov, Spassky, Fischer etc were each discovered as child prodigies.
A formula for tact: "Be brief politely, be aggressive smilingly, be emphatic pleasantly, be positive diplomatically, be right graciously".

Where's the info on how to find the sites that would help the kids to learn to think for themselves through chess. Problem solving is what is needed more than anything in the near future.
