Well in a kinda weird way, my fave threads were the ones that showed the good progress BR made, and her comeback.
Loads have been fun, funny, etc, but I think her recovery was by far my fave.

This is a very good question. Each year, round New Year, I like to go sit on a rock overlooking the sea and think through the past year. The good stuff, the bad stuff. Sort of get some perspective on the year. I joined FG last January I think, so it is nearly a year for me here, too.
Best threads??? There have been some truly awesomely hilarious threads. The Brown Cardigan saga must rank up high. Some truly encouraging threads - those already mentioned by Cher and Pinky, for instance. Inspiring and caring threads - Mom and BR. I also love tlw - it's so delightfully inconsequential. I loved Accadue's intro thread, where we went happily Italian. And of course, Lulu's travel threads are wonderful. Hundreds of others, which brighten our days. This is just off the top of my head. I'm going to go take a shower now and think more about it.
This really is a great thread, itself. I've felt lately things have got out of proportion in here. This thread reminds me why I keep coming back.

I haven't been around for all the threads but I would say the Five Things About You thread. (Or was it Three Things?) It ends up being so random and I enjoyed learning tidbits about people.
