Reminds me of the Bureau of motor vehicles, in the United States...

Get this...

In the event that you lose your drivers license(Which is overwhelmingly accepted as a legitimate form of identification), you are forced to show them your birth certificate in order to be able to get a new one made...

Ha...

Birth certificates are public record...anyone can get anyone's birth certificate and go and get a duplicate drivers licence made, and use it as a form of I.D...(obviously pending that they are not trying to have multiple I.D.'s made, as the social security number would run up in the computer as already in use).

Who thinks of this crap, and why am I waisting my tax money on these boneheads?
