New guy from Michigan

I was told about this forum by a friend and stopped by to check it out. It seems pretty cool so I've decided I'd stay for a bit. My name is Spike (a nickname given to me by an M/C I used to be a part of) and I live in mid-Michigan. While I'm new to this forum, I'm a regular on other forums on the internet, most of them motorcycle related. I'm 42, I work as a computer tech for a large international corporation, am married, and have a beautiful 4 year old little girl.

Thanks for welcome Pam. Babyrider is the friend who told me about this forum. I met her husband while we were both in Motorcycle Clubs that have chapters in Detroit when he came to a party at my former Club's clubhouse.. Great people, both of them...

Thanks LuLu...no snow here...just cold rain...this is Michigan though and the weather can turn on a dime in a matter of minutes. I'll be checking out the rest of the place real soon...

By the way I was in traffic today as the light changed from red to green to yellow and back to red again, I sat there thinking about life. Was it nothing more than a bunch of honking and yelling? Sometimes it seemed that way.

I think everyone else is nuts !
