Morning, afternoon or evening?

I prob wouldn't stay over, but B'ham isn't that far from Berkshire is it? The AA recons it's a 2 hr drive. No prob with my lovely sat nav.

Obviously - my attendance would depend on a couple of factors, which I need to ascertain before making a decision.

These things are usually a real laugh though eh?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Birm ... g_Bull.jpg is the bull in the Bullring. Given that we're all arriving in dribs and drabs though, it might make a lot more sense if we were to nominate a nearby pub to actually gather in. It'll take hours of standing around otherwise, waiting for latecomers.

The bull itself as under the shopping trolley between Birmingham New Street and Moor Street railway stations on http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi? ... ub+Reviews and the "Toad at the Bullring" Pub is reviewed at http://www.sportspubs.co.uk/new_detail.php?pubscode=237 and it's on the map page at the lowest point of the red marker circle at 16 Hurst Street.

Might we make the pub the meeting-place?

I'll bring a shopping trolley to get you back to the station after, shall I?

I've yet to see anything that I would call a shopping centre in the UK. Does this place have a roof? The shops are indoors?
