leave the country with kids

I was always under the assumption that the parental unit needed notorized consent to leave the country with the minor children . I always had to have written notorized permission .........it had to include the date of leaving the country and the date to come back ............AND it had to match my flights.

DANG......BTS's ex went to France with his 2 minors without BTS's knowlwdge.

I travellled a lot with my daughter............the border police were always allowd to call her father to insure against kidnapping................Central America does that all the time.

Is it just temporary or have they moved thee. Has he called his lawyer to ask if this was allowed?

I assume you mean in the case of divorce? I do not know the law...but would it have something to do with if there is joint legal custody? Or is it if one parent has legal physical custody and the other has visitation?

Interesting question.
