My daughter gave spot a donut and he insisted on eating it

1) on a plate

2) with a fork and knife

I'm appalled. I had to close my eyes. All I could say was "I'm telling!"

so here I am.

Spot eats donuts with cutlery. :(

:wah: Would this be a ring doughnut or a jam doughnut, actually it doesn't really matter, either way you just stick your finger in the hole and nibble around it!

Hey now..you didn't specify what kind of donut it was. Was it messy like a jelly or glazed? OR a cake donut? In defense of Spot, I have been known to eat donuts with a fork too. Also pizza. :)

He'll be glad to hear that Red. I've currently managed to convince him he's a freak. At least he's not alone. :wah:

It was a sugar sprinkled, jam filled donut delight.

Ghads, only half the exprience for him. Did he at least like it?

Maybe get him some donut holes next time, too small to put on a plate or spear with a fork. Especially if they got sprinkles and stuff on them.

I had a new adventure in messy food with spot.

My daughter insisted on going to Subway and I got him a teriyaki chicken sub with sweet onion sauce dripping from it. You should have seen his face when I told him there was no cutlery available. :wah:

I had to point at other people in the restaurant to prove that this was, in fact, the way a sub sandwich is meant to be eaten. For my part, I let the sweet onion sauce drip all over my fingers and onto the wrapping below just to see if he could watch. It's amazing how focused someone can become on the table in front of them. :D

You'd definitely say that if you saw her sat there with an inane grin and dripping fingers. It was one of those X rated moments you'd really not want to get in the same room with.
