E-bay on xmas new year day

Post by abbey »

No, but i bought something before xmas, paid via paypal then got an e-mail of the girl i'd bought off saying she was having a few problems with paypal, when she had set up the account she'd put the wrong address in so could i send her the money.

I looked at my paypal account and the money was there, i decided not to do the transaction, i thought that she could take my money and also take the money that was in the holding place.

Now my money's sat there and i dont know how to get it back, this is what it says when i go in..

Total Amount:

-£14.05 GBPDate:

6 Dec. 2006Time:

23:07:26 GMTStatus:

Unclaimed

Needless to say i gave bad feedback.:(

Anyone have any ideas how to get my money back into my account?

E-bay on xmas new year day

I was on just before xmas. Alot of people refused to sell over xmas and listed the last dates they would post on. I find ebay prices tend to shoot up at christmas, espacially for computer games. :(

I must tell you about one brilliant seller though. She sells pens and things with pictures of bunnies and other pets on. My kids have dutch bunnies so I decided to buy 2 pens with dutch bunnies on and 'I Love Rabbits' signs, for stocking-fillers.

I bought a pink pen for my daughter and a lilac one for my son, but when they arrived I realised the pink pen had the wrong bunny on! *Gasp!* *Shock!* *Horror!*

I emailed her to say I had stupidly bought the wrong bun pen as it HAD to be a dutch bunny on the pen! She VERY kindly said that Of course it had to be the right pen for a child and she made a dutch bunny pen on a pink background and posted it to me so it arrived on Dec 23rd and she said i could just post her some stamps in payment! Wasn't that extremely kind? :-4

Most ebay sellers are just so lovely! :0)
