Hi everyone, wishing you a very happy and healthy New Year.

Thankyou for all your best wishes, i'm feeling a lot better. I had nurse Jim looking after me, think i drove him mad!!!!

Jim kept me updated with some info, but men just don't remember the info as good as us girls, so short of sitting down for hours and reading all the threads,i need you all to tell me whats been happening!!! One thing he did tell me is that Hammi is expecting so CONGRATS to you and Openmind, it's so exciting, can you let me know when it's due, is that our first FG babe????

You won't believe how much i've missed you all, Love to you all and i'm blowing BIG BIG kisses into the PC :-4 :-4 :-4

I kinda remember talking to you when i was in hospital, but i'd just taken a load of tablets to try and cope with the journey, so if i sounded a bit daft..get used to it the drugs made my conversation better!!!! Thankyou for calling me xxxx:-6

Thanks Wendybird, i've had two positions, horizontal and vertical, i can no longer sit down but my tounge is still workingand has been working double time, much to Jim's disgust

My Dear Cher,

I'm doing ok, feeling a lot better than what i was, they are going to take me into hosp in the summer to fit a spinal core stimulation implant to try to take the leg pain, but they said the back pain is here to stay:(

I'm a little more mobile, i've never had to chase Jim around, he's normally naked and waiting!!!!!! Just as well really i'd never catch up with him!!! I've put on 2 stone in 3 months laying down, on a serious diet now

Do you guys have the Jenny Craig diet in England?

Hubby started it last Friday -- he wants to lose 40 pounds. At first he was very discouraged, but now he is 'in the zone' and doing wonderfully.

As expected, I have been his cheerleader, always giving him pats on the back.

I'm proud of him for taking care of his health.

I met him when he was 45 years old. I want to enjoy a LONG LIFE with the love of my life :-4

They do have that over here, but i know i wouldn't stick to it. I'm on the eliminate the riubbish that goes in my mouth, and try to increase my exercise...booked in for the marathon next week, if that all fails then i'll buy bigger clothes!!!

Thanks Abbey, How's your mum doing? I had bad news before Xmas, my mum has the cancer back in her neck, stomach and lung, she starts treatment next week, going to have chemo for 8 months.

My mom had cancer and chemo and she beat it.

Pinks, not had a chance to do a thing regarding the wedding, not sure what to do now, mum starts chemo next week, so just trying to get through this. Depending how mum is, i'd like to arrange it for towards the end of the year, still going to happen so get your glad rags out as we'll def be doing it in this country now :-6

The ironic thing is with the amount of meds i was on i found him very funny, i was laughing at jokes that i'd heard a thousand times... mind you i was finding Jeremy Kyle funny too and thats supposed to be a serious show- I think

Think the nurses and other patients got sick of them though :-5
