Cool! Do you like the wooden ones?

I took my Kenyan friends to Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA. We rode some 'coasters--they'd never seen one before. Imagine it? I didn't know my friend could MAKE noises like those!

The poolhall's a great equalizer. In the poolhall, nobody cares how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is or how much money you've got in your pocket... It's about how you move. I remember this kid once who could move around a pool table like nobody had ever seen. Hour after hour, rack after rack, his shots just went in. The cue was part of his arm and the balls had eyes. And the thing that made him so good was... He thought he could never miss. I know, 'cause that kid was me.

Dear Lu, I am glad that you like rides, so do I, but what about roller coasters? Rides are something else here dear, I am falling off my chair laughing! :wah:

Oh dear...what've I said? "RIDES" can be thrilling and exciting without being roller coasters, which is why I used the word.

'BallyBabe...have I asked you all to do something obscene with me? :sneaky:

Erm, in Ireland dear, yes, well not obscene, but not something for the general public to witness either. :wah:

Will it be fun? Do I generally do it with just one other person? Can I do it standing up? Or would I normally lie down? :wah:

I don't trust roller coasters, if god had wanted us to pull serious g's while up in the air he would have invented aeroplanes. Oh wait,....... he did,....... no hold on, that was us wasn't it, god did the fiery chariots (which was a bit over the top if you ask me, I mean flying chariots are impressive enough, why set em on fire as well???). Hmmmmnn.

He did give us the knowledge and the necessary materials to create to create them though. Could that mean that he wanted us to figure it out? :D

Maybe, but it would have been quicker for him just to make a few and hand em out if you ask me, but then I am a heathen so pay me no mind. :wah:

"Over 1800 roller coasters in the world."

OK...now I know what I'd do if I had millions! I'll take all of us coaster/ride fans (guess that includes Dr. 'Bally ;) ) and we'd go on an odyssy to visit them all! We could rank them and study them scientifically and spend our summers in happy screaming/yelling and lurching over the rails!

Ready, Wendy?

I bought my tickets (whole $2.00 worth) for the "FG amusement park fund!!"

I will continue to do my part!!

for a cause that is dear to my heart

for what joy it would bring

to put Lu Lu on that swing!

I, myself would have to go on the coaster

Marie would be shopping for a new toaster!

We would have great laughs and screams

and some people would still see our faces in their dreams!

So, I will continue on my faithful journey

and make sure in the event I need one, to get an attorney!! :sneaky:

Winning a sweepstakes?? We have to do it legally! Have any ideas?? We could set up a donation fund...doubt that people will see the "serious-ness" in us needing to have fun...but hey, worth a try???:D

Hahaha yeah somehow I doubt that anyone would want to donate to our trip, but hey worth a try alright hehehe. I don't suppose selling lemonade or brownies will work either? :D Perhaps we could have some kind of sell, I'm sure I could find a few things that I wouldn't mind getting rid of.....like my brother for one. :wah: :p
