So my town has no traffic lights. And turning onto main street can be tricky at times, depending on the time of day. This morning I'm sitting at the stop sign waiting to make a left turn onto mainstreet. I'm sitting there listening to Pink Floyd, waiting for a water well drilling team to get out of the freaking way. And someone behind me has the audacity to honk at me to get out of the way. Yea Sheryl didn't get much sleep last night, so she's cranky, and she gave the person behind her the one finger salute. :-5

I drove a junker for a few months, my very first car, and I got honked at a lot because people assumed my car would move faster then I knew it did. What might have been enough time for them was only half the amount of time I needed.

I just learned to smile and wave. Makes them madder.

pinks the most agressive drivers i know are the women trying to make the 3.15 school run they take no prisoners when i take or pick up suzy's kids they dont let any one out race round corners almost on 2 wheels , cut people up they are a nightmare i would not mind so much but when i finaly get there and get to the playground they are only rushing there to get a good chin wag any way

i wonder if they are rushing to get there so the other gossiping mums dont have the chance to gossip about them:wah: :wah: g

I would've done the same thing, had someone honk the horn at me repeatedly in a VERY busy turn around intersection in THE rain...during Christmas season...I just sat there to tick her off even more!! I almost got out and asked her what her hurry was...but instead sat there longer...if I had gone one of the times that she honked for me to go, I would've wrecked my car!!! People are so impatient!!:-5

They could put in a roundabout, that's make traffic flow considerably easier!
