My life has just taken a MASSIVE turnaround

People, I have news.

BULLET WILL BE HOME IN 3 MONTHS.

After a disastrous meeting with our original appeal lawyer yesterday, Bullet wanted him fired and then he called his sister about it. Today, his sis has retained a lawyer who was trained by Johnnie Cochran and she has told us that she will be there to see Bullet within a WEEK and she will have him home in 1 to 3 months. Then she said we are going after the other lawyer for gross negligence.

His sis has financed this venture and I owe her and her husband my LIFE.

Party with me people. Today is a GOOD day.

When I was looking at Bullets photo yesterday, I was wondering how soon you would be reunited, so this, as it's a short enough time to be considered in weeks has to be great news. Sounds like the original lawyer was a total waste of space if another lawyer is prepared to go after "one of their own". May all that you wish for be heading your way BR. Guys, I just still can't quite accept that this is the way it's going to happen. After all the $hit in the past year, for it to take such a total 180....it's more than I can comprehend right now.

Part of me (a small part, I'm too excited to make it more) is kicking myself in the kidneys for not knowing this original lawyer better. Hell, I interviewed about 15 of them, but I messed up. Thinking it could have come to pass sooner is tough. But. It IS coming down the way it's supposed to and that's what matters.

Cher, that very thing is what kept me around. I saw too much good from people here. The crap and arguing aside, you guys were a huge support team to me through ALL the garbage that happened to Bullet and I in the past 10 months. You people kept me from a small padded cell.

Since this happened yesterday, the fury and the anger and the hate for the drunk cager and the crap he put us through.....*poof*.....it's gone. That part of this year does not even exist for me anymore, let alone does it even matter. It boggles the mind how something can happen to totally reverse the outlook a person has. Expect and watch for the good.....it WILL come.

Speaking with Bullet's sister, she has told me that the new lawyers also want the FIRST lawyer, the "defense" attorney who sent Bullet to prison in the first place. As they hear more detail, they are apologizing to us for the actions of both lawyers and are getting us back the cash that we spent on them. They are seriously confused what the hell the appeal schmuck was waiting for and when they heard he'd not even been to meet Bullet till 2 days ago, they were insensed. I keep hearing the term "gross negligence" in reference to both lawyers.
