A man goes into a pub and asks the landlord for a triple whiskey, and drinks it in one go. "You're ok?", asks the landlord, "that's quite a shot of whiskey you just took". "Not ten minutes ago I found my wife naked on the sofa having sex with my best friend" he replies gloomily. The landlord hands him another shot on the house and asks what he did about it. "I told her to pack her stuff and leave the house before I got back from the pub", he says, "and I'll have another whiskey please". The landlord thinks for a moment and says fine, that's quite restrained just to tell her to leave, but how did he deal with his best friend? "I looked him in the eye", says the drinker, "and I shook my head at him and I said Bad dog! Sit!"

What's the plan for Sunday - I have to arrange with my lift where she'll be picking me up and when.

Does something around 4pm sound right for when we'll be done eating and such?

I'll have to forego the sunday lunch I'm afraid. Need to be leaving by lunchtime to make it back home for my children.

At least you will be there! I am sure we can figure out a way to tie you to a chair and refuse to let you leave lol :-4

Fine but do you want to ring my abusive ex and tell him why I'm not there to take the kids off him! I've been in that situation once already this month.

I wish I could stay longer but hey ho!

Still keeping my fingers crossed that I will actually be there right now.

I suppose I could share it with some brats.......sorry I mean with some kids. :wah: ;)

If there were enough you could stuff a duvet with them for warmth, but it'd be a bit lumpy. I did that with cats once.

The confusion, if there is some, is that spot has procured another house... not the flat in Aylesbury. Another house. A bigger one, with more blankets.

Sorry Di, it's me confusing things, it would of been easier for me, with my Mum bad, to of done less travelling, we won't be leaving til 11 so i was wondering how long you are all staying in Birmingham, as it seemed silly for us to get there and head straight back when we could of drove 30 mins up the road to meet you all.

You will be in B'ham for the whole day?

By the way i'm coming :-6

spot and I will be the "lifers" we're in Birmingham a day earlier and not out until Monday morning. Anyone who gets caught in a black hole or a time warp on their way will still have the chance to find us and slap us around a bit.

Answer is I drink just about anything!:wah:

LMAO!! Nah, that's for when we get to the house, hehe!

I remember this time when my mate Lisa made me go to this psychic evening at some old church hall...she got loads of coke bottles, tipped half the coke out and filled 'em up with vodka. Jeez we got some odd looks because we were both smashed by the end, cackling away like a right pair of nutters!

Plus there were about 25 coke bottles on the table..I swear everyone thought it was the caffiene!

I reckon you inject them wine gums with vodka :wah:
