What's is like where you live?
My mother lives in the midwest and she said last week that they are frozen in their own home. No electricity, no phone, no Internet. And it's 39 degrees inside the house during the day. 6 degrees below at night.

I live in South California. IT's a bit cold here today. But for the last few days it's been warm.

It was like that here for most of the last two weeks. Lately, the weathers been pretty good, though. 
The poolhall's a great equalizer. In the poolhall, nobody cares how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is or how much money you've got in your pocket... It's about how you move. I remember this kid once who could move around a pool table like nobody had ever seen. Hour after hour, rack after rack, his shots just went in. The cue was part of his arm and the balls had eyes. And the thing that made him so good was... He thought he could never miss. I know, 'cause that kid was me.

ffffffreezing here in Britain, got home from footy 2 hours ago, heatings on full and i'm still cold!

It's not too bad here in the cradle of civilisation - currently about 4 centigrade (39F), no rain, no snow, no wind. Boring in fact.
