You say you want bizzare deaths?
Here you go:
A fierce gust of wind blew 45 year old Vittorio Luise's car into a river in Italy in 1983. He managed to break a window, climb out, swim to shore ----where a tree blew over killing him.
Mike Stewart 31, of Dallas was filming a movie on the dangers of low-level bridges, when the truck he was standing on passed under a low-level bridge----killing him.
I've got a couple of more, but I have to find them.

While motorcycling through the countryside, Cristo Falatti came to a railway crossing as the gates went down. As he sat there idling, he was joined by a farmer with a goat. the farmer proceeded to tether the goat to the crossing gate. A few moments later a horse and cart drew up behind Falatti, folowed in short order by a man in a sports car. When the train roared through the intersection, the horse was startled and bit Falatti on the arm. Not a man to be trifled with, Falatti punched the horse on the nose.
In consequence, the horse's owner jumped out of his cart and began scuffling with Falatti. the horse, who was not up to this much excitement, backed up, driving the cart into the sports car. At this, the sports car driver joined the fray. the farmer came forward to try to pacify the men, but as he did so, he was thrown by Falatti onto the goat's tether. the scared goat tried to run, entagling the tether around the farmer's neck.
At this point the crossing gate rose, strangling both the goat and the farmer to death.

Here's one...and I feel comfortable with the inside source. A stunt man died performing a jump on Vancouver film. This death occured after another stuntman (my friend) refused to do the act and informed them exactly how and why the man would die. A friend of his then took the job and died exactly as described. Last I heard it was still under investigation. Three or four years later.
