Say anything? OK, here goes: I have a friend who needs my help. We live a fair distance apart, and all I can do is talk to her, but it's frustrating!! What's the best long-distance help you can give a good friend? Can you email hugs????

I'm going out to lunch today with my sister and mom and thats the highlight of my weekend. Lots of indoor time as its too cold and windy outside.
