yes, some of it is good but is it really worth the smell?
I'm of the mind that stinky cheese should only be bought in quantities that can be immediately consumed.
I've been thinking that something was rotten in the fridge for weeks now and it was just the damn cheese. It's gone now. :yh_sweat

And when you look at it and you don't know if it's that color because it will kill you or because it's expensive...what then?

Stinky Cheese and fresh crusty bread, there's nothing finer! You're quite right about the quantity though, just enough to eat straightaway. Which is exactly what I did yesterday, on getting home from the shops. The only delay between arrival and consuming the Danish Blue on Crusty bread, was the time taken to make a cuppa Tea.....Lovely!:)

It's all a bit stinky and horrible to me!
It's already "gone off" when you buy it....:wah: TBH It's never around me long enough to go stale.....

How anyone can eat that cheese with the blue/green bits in is beyond me,
it has a taste like sticking your tongue on the end of a battery.
Come on, we've all done it.

I can only eat the moldy stuff if it's well hidden on a burger or something.

I love all kinds of cheese. Stinky though? If my dog won't eat it then neither will I.
