Just wondered if there were any young retirees here?

If so, what did/do you do after you have retired? How do you fill in the next stage of your life?

I've been wondering how the next stage will play out.??

We've recently moved so I'm still busy with the house - yard etc.

Never thought I wouldn't be working - I miss working.

You have to keep yourself busy or have something to occupy your mind otherwise you will go insane. Been there done that.

You don't want to go back to work as you worked all your life to try and escape from it. So would be backward step to go back there. But you have to do something that you enjoy doing, that you will feel fulfilled doing, and that will keep you out of the house. Staying indoors is a real happiness drainer unfortunately.

Nothing I like to do is a marketable skill anyway, so I'll be really busy after retirement. :D

Retiring from a job doesn't mean retiring from life. I am so busy these days that I wonder how I ever fit a JOB into my life. :wah:

The best part of so called retirement is the quality time spent with my wife. :-4
