I don't think people outside of Ireland would get this one, but let me just say that the show being parodied is the biggest TV show in Ireland for the last 30 years, so Irish people would find it fun.

Yes, that band Dervish are, and the song was written by the bearded Irish times intellectual who didn't make it last year, John Watters. Cool eh? Then again, maybe not. I do love Eurovision though, its always good.

If Dervish are appearing I'll watch just to see them - they should wipe the floor with the opposition.

I'm a bit disappointed that they are using this as a Eurovision song. I mean the song is lovely but it's not for the Eurovision in my opinion. Hopefully I will be wrong. :-3

Yes, I've seen em live and they are quality, but the Eurovision is all about dressing up as space monsters or vikings, or English school girls or nazi's and singing songs with 4 notes so that mikkka in Albania will get whats going on, its cool, I defy anyone to watch it and not be astonished, confused, bored, aroused, disgusted, bored again, and confused all at the same time. This year live from Oslo is it, or is it Helsinki? I can't remember, its wherever those monster guys came from last year. Go Ireland, thats all I will say.
